World Calendar Release 2.0

Version 2.0 has been released. This is the first version which supports the IPad with a new GUI. The same application runs on the Ipad and Iphone - so if you have both you have to purchase it only once.

- correct time zone for French Polynesia & added Events

- correct time zone for Serbia

- corrected flag for New Caledonia & added Events

- corrected Time for Pakistan (current summertime)
